This problem occurs commonly when you tried Exchange installation before and rollback/uninstall the setup due any cause.

Then with the next Setup encountered the problem while validating the state of Active Directory:  Couldn’t find the Enterprise Organization container.

Resolution: delete the ‘Microsoft Exchange System Objects’ container in AD (Enable Advanced feature view)
